Anatomy of an Aspendell Metal Works Fire Pit
Our Fire Pits are constructed to withstand the test of time with all components made from 3/16" thick or greater steel. All connections are fully welded with the exception of our adjustable leveling feet which employ a 1/2" diameter threaded stud with lock nut and provide a full inch of height adjustment.

Visibility & Warmth
In our view, two important aspects contributing to the enjoyment of your fire are visibility and warmth --- that is, can you see your fire and is it keeping you warm?
Our elliptical bowl shape is deep enough to contain a large fire but is also shallow enough that you can see the entire fire—flame embers and all. This enhances the visual effect of your fire and also allows you to get those marshmallows right in near the coals!
In addition, our 3/16" thick single wall steel bowl retains the heat of the fire and radiates it outward and downward. The curved bowl shape and raised design allows you to stretch out your legs and warm yourself up from head to toe.
